Product overview
Notion combines documents with databases for tasks, projects and shared knowledge. The same records can appear as a table, board or calendar, with properties and filters defining the view rather than creating separate copies.
Pages can hold meeting notes, project briefs, checklists and linked records. Comments, mentions and page permissions support collaboration, while templates help repeat a working process across projects.
A workspace seat differs from a standalone personal account. Plus does not automatically include every Notion AI capability, enterprise control or integration. Upload limits, history and guest permissions depend on the plan and the member’s role.

Where do I find my account or activation details?
Sign in to the NFXBUS account used for your purchase and open My services. Check the delivery instructions and the service dates. If the details are not available, contact after-sales support with the order information.
What should I check before using the service?
Confirm the account type, supported region and any device or usage limits shown in the plan and delivery instructions. Features depend on the service and the service you selected.
What if activation or sign-in does not work?
Open an after-sales ticket for the affected service. Include the error message, device and approximate time it happened. Never include payment card details or passwords in a public message.

Account usage guidelines
Use the service within the account type, region and usage limits provided with your order.
For supplied accounts, do not change the email, password, recovery information or payment settings unless the delivery instructions explicitly allow it.
Use only the access assigned to your service. Do not change another user’s profile or share the credentials publicly.
Keep your service information private. Contact after-sales support before changing settings to resolve a problem.
Read the NFXBUS refund policy before ordering. Eligibility and any refundable amount depend on the product, order status and the conditions in that policy.

AI tools, premium assets, export options and commercial-use rights depend on the plan and platform. A paid service does not automatically license every song or guarantee unlimited AI credits.
Join the premium family group using your personal Office365 service
Microsoft 365 brings together Word for documents, Excel for calculations and data, PowerPoint for presentations and other included productivity apps.
A Family invitation is accepted with a personal Microsoft account.
Microsoft 365 Family, Personal and business licenses have different rights. Copilot AI access may be limited to the service owner, so an invited member should not assume it is included.
