Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-29

NFXBUS is operated by Hong Kong Sinda Information Technology Co., Limited. This policy explains how we address risks of money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion and payment fraud in purchases, refunds and referral withdrawals.

1. Scope and approach

This policy applies to NFXBUS accounts and transactions. We consider the purpose, amount, frequency, payment source and other relevant circumstances of a transaction, and cooperate with payment providers under applicable law. Checks should be proportionate to the risk; browsing the catalogue does not by itself require identity documents.

2. Permitted use

Use NFXBUS only for legitimate digital-service purchases and eligible referral rewards. Do not use stolen payment details, false identities, sham orders, coordinated accounts or artificial commissions to move funds, conceal their source or bypass restrictions. Provide accurate information and use payment methods you are authorised to use.

3. Transactions that may need review

Unusual repeated payments, split orders intended to evade checks, inconsistent payer information, unexplained changes of payment method, fabricated referral orders or requests to refund an unrelated person may require clarification. An unusual pattern is a reason to review the circumstances, not proof that a user has committed an offence.

4. Information and verification

Where a concrete risk or a payment-provider or legal requirement makes verification necessary, we may request relevant identity, payment-authorisation, transaction-purpose or source-of-funds evidence. Business transactions may require registration and beneficial-owner information. We explain the request where permitted and seek only necessary information through an appropriate channel. Never send passwords, full card security codes or unrelated documents.

5. Sanctions and restricted transactions

We may decline or restrict a transaction where applicable sanctions, legal prohibitions or the payment provider’s lawful requirements prevent it. Potential name or location matches require context and verification where appropriate. Users must not disguise their identity, location or counterparties to evade a restriction.

6. Review decisions, refunds and withdrawals

A transaction or referral withdrawal may be paused while necessary checks are completed. Where permitted, we explain what information is needed and allow corrections or review. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and normally return through the original payment route; an alternative requires verification and a lawful permitted route. This policy does not authorise arbitrary confiscation or remove mandatory consumer rights.

7. Privacy and record keeping

Verification and transaction information is handled under our Privacy Policy, with access limited to those who need it for the relevant purpose. We retain records only for applicable legal obligations and necessary fraud prevention, disputes or investigations, review that need and delete or anonymise information when no longer required, unless lawful preservation is necessary.

Privacy Policy

8. Cooperation and confidentiality

Where legally required or lawfully justified, we may provide relevant information to competent authorities or payment providers. We protect personal information and the confidentiality of reports within applicable law. Some investigations or legal restrictions may prevent advance notice or disclosure of all details; this does not establish that an allegation is proven.

9. Questions, reports and review requests

For help with a verification request, contact customer support. To report suspected misuse or challenge a restriction, contact complaints and include the order reference and a factual description. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. We review the circumstances; reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or response deadline.
